ENERGY SAVINGS PERFORMANCE CONTRACTS

For federal users, local governments, universities, schools, and hospitals, we can implement innovative energy solutions using energy savings performance contracts (ESPC) in which we guarantee the amount of energy savings.  This contract structure allows our customers to get the benefits of renewable energy or energy efficiency retrofits without needing to spend up-front capital.  Rather the projects are paid for using the guaranteed, verified energy savings.

We are a full-service provider capable of identifying projects, performing energy audits, designing solutions, installing systems, financing projects, commissioning systems, and maintaining and operating systems.  We are a Department of Energy-qualified Energy Services Company, and we are a participant in the Super ESPC program.  Clark Energy Group is a subsidiary of one of the largest privately held construction and real estate development companies in the United States.
