A Super ESCO
Under the Super ESPC program, Clark Energy Group has the opportunity to work with government agencies to implement energy saving projects at no upfront cost to the agency and without the need for appropriated dollars. The ESPC contract vehicle allows Clark to raise private capital to finance the cost of the energy project and then repay that capital commitment with guaranteed energy savings resulting from the project improvements.

Setting the Standard
Clark established itself as an early advocate of high performance buildings and sustainable construction with the world’s first LEED Platinum building, the Phillip Merrill Environmental Center in Annapolis, Maryland. Since then we have built over $2.8 billion of LEED-certified buildings with an additional $6.9 billion currently under construction. Other Clark landmarks include the first LEED certified professional sports stadium (Nationals Park in Washington, DC), the first LEED-NC Platinum military project (Fairfax Village Neighborhood Center at Fort Belvoir), and one of the largest LEED certified buildings in the country (McCormick Place Convention Center in Chicago, Illinois). In addition to our LEED expertise, Clark has developed over 6,800 ENERGY STAR-certified or compliant buildings.
